Before purchase
Go to the "My Shop" tab and click on the item you wish to purchase.
Then select the size and type of material and add it to your cart by clicking on "ADD TO CART".
Open your shopping cart, which you can find in the top right corner of the page. Proceed to the "CHECK OUT" page, where you will fill in your personal information, select your shipping method, and pay for your order. Make sure you have completed all the steps in the checkout process to ensure your transaction is processed correctly. You will then receive an order confirmation email.
We accept payments by credit/debit card and PayPal.
We currently deliver to Belgium, France and Luxembourg.
When you click "Checkout" in your shopping cart, you'll see your order information in the right column. Enter your code in the "Discount" field and click "Apply." If you're shopping on a mobile platform, you'll see a discount field at the top when you reach the checkout section.

Once you have placed an order and completed the checkout process, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. It is important to ensure that the email you have entered is correct. Do not place a new order until you have completed these two steps. Step 1: Please check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email, you can proceed to step 2. Step 2: Contact customer service.
We always strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours or the next business day. Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days depending on the country.
If the number of business days indicated in your order confirmation has passed, please contact our customer service. If the number of business days indicated in your order has not passed, we ask for your patience.
